Presentation
Lisa Humphries and Polly Harrow explore how the further education sector supports and develops students, preparing them for higher education, giving particular consideration to the changing needs of students that the sector is seeing. Our speakers will give insight into what's required of the college sector, how this translates into operational support, and key areas to consider for students with the transition from further to higher education.

Lisa joined Chichester College in 2000 as a student, and served as Student President for two years following completion of her studies. She then secured her first role at the college as Student Activities Co-ordinator. Lisa’s passion for student experience and supporting students led her to a number of roles within the organisation, both in middle and senior management positions, before starting her most recent position as Associate Principal: Students and Customers in August 2022.
Lisa is a passionate advocate for the wide range of personal development opportunities that the further education sector has to offer, and champions enrichment and student voice at a national level.
