Workshop
This practical workshop explores out of hours support using the Leeds Trinity University model as a case study.
The Leeds Trinity University model consists of Support Duty Managers working across several shift patterns, including 09:00 to 17:00 on week days and 12:00 to 05:00 at weekends. The session contrasts this with other models, as a prompt for group discussion about the benefits, challenges, and scalability.
The session also explores close working relationships with security and mental health and wellbeing teams, and out of hours escalation.
