9.45am – 10.15am BST, 2 April 2025 ‐ 30 mins

Presentation

This session explores the Leeds Trinity University out of hours support model, where Duty Managers cover different shift patterns from 9am to 5am during weekdays, and 12pm to 5am during weekends. The session covers how internal teams such as security, mental health and wellbeing services and accommodation work closely together, and considers some of the key benefits and challenges of this model, alongside the escalating issues that occur outside of core hours and how these are dealt with.
