This interactive workshop is an opportunity to work with your professional services peers to start thinking about the questions we need to consider when trying to support staff who are supporting students out of hours.  

What's the process of debriefing your teams following occurrences with students? What support is available for staff who have undergone difficulties during an out of hours student incident? How can you successfully induct staff into this role and what training and development is required?
