Sarah is a Senior Consultant in the Leadership, Organisational Development and Research team at Advance HE.
Sarah’s expertise lies in co-creative organisational design and development, specialising in culture and change, with the purpose of enabling and empowering individuals, groups, and organisations to thrive.
Sarah has significant experience working in the UK HE sector and has held leadership roles in the areas of equity and inclusion, student services delivery and organisational development.
Sarah is a published author, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, a qualified coach, interpersonal mediator, facilitator, integrative counsellor and Lean 6 Sigma practitioner and is currently training in organisational transactional analysis.
