Clear Links student support satisfaction: Starting 2025 on a high note!

As a new year begins (wishing you all the best for 2025!), we’re proud to share the fantastic results from our 2024 Student Annual Survey.

467 responses highlighted the significant impact and high levels of satisfaction students have with our support services:

  • 98.7% of students found our support valuable in relation to their studies.
  • 99% agreed that Clear Links positively impacted their academic success.
  • 97.5% reported a positive effect on their overall wellbeing.

Our support workers continue to deliver the highest standard of support, with an average rating of 4.84 out of 5 (so far in 2025). This is echoed by students’ response to our survey:

  • 100% found our team approachable.
  • 99% felt we were supportive.
  • 99% praised our quick response times.

We’re off to an outstanding start, already achieving 99.46% student satisfaction in 2025! We support students at 300 Higher Education Providers, and you can access feedback in real time via Crystal - our bespoke NMH support system. 100% of surveyed HEPs found Crystal useful.
