GoodCourse: OfS E6 compliance amidst financial pressures
Preventing harassment and ensuring compliance with the new Office for Students E6 Condition of Registration is a dominant area of work for university leadership teams throughout England.
With financial pressures across the sector, some institutions have sought in-house solutions, with cost reduction in mind.
The challenge: developing internal solutions that fully meet all of the OfS’ requirements is no small task. Training must be credible, evidence backed, interactive, tracked, and achieve very high engagement. Many have struggled to achieve this at short notice, leading to additional costs to correct issues and bring in necessary expertise, adding time pressure before the 1 August 2025 deadline.
