Jacqui Woodhouse (MCIPD, Executive Coaching ILM Level 7, Mental Health First Aider) is the Director of Peoplecoach Limited, working with individual leaders and groups. Jacqui also owns an HR franchise (Our HR People), working independently or in partnership with others to deliver HR change, project and conflict management consultancy, mediation, training, coaching and complex investigation activity in a wide variety of organisations, including higher education. Previously, Jacqui worked for over 20 years as a senior HR and OD Professional in a wide range or organisations, managing small teams of HR professionals and coaching leaders as they navigated the challenges of managing teams in constantly changing environments. Jacqui started her own career as a project and people manager in British Airways.
