- 12:00 to 13:00 – tour of London South Bank University (LSBU)'s Southwark campus, including a visit to Student Services.
- 14:00 to 15:00 – tour of University College London's Bloomsbury campus, including a visit to Student Services.
- 15:30 to 16:30 – tour of LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science), including a visit to Student Services.
- 18:30 to 19:30 – networking reception in Vic’s Bar at the Park Plaza Victoria. It’s on the ground floor of the hotel, just off the entrance foyer. Have a glass of wine or a soft drink and meet your fellow delegates to discuss the conference themes.
