Winter Conference 2025 sponsorship

Take the opportunity to meet AMOSSHE members and other sector partners at our Winter Conference. Display your promotional materials, network and get involved with the hot topics of student support in higher education.

On Friday 7 February 2025 we're hosting a full day in-person AMOSSHE Winter Conference 2025 at Park Plaza Victoria in London. This is one of AMOSSHE’s prestige professional development events, attracting around 150 paying delegates, including Heads and Directors of Student Services, as well as some practitioners in student-facing roles. The conference features a full programme of consecutive sessions built around the theme 'communities and collaboration'. The sessions feature keynote speakers, member case studies, interactive workshops and networking opportunities.

Winter Conference 2025 event sponsor

We have multiple sponsor spaces available. The sponsorship package includes the following:

  • One residential delegate place to attend the full event. This includes overnight accommodation at the conference venue the night before the event (Thursday 6 February 2025), with breakfast, lunch and refreshments on Friday 7 February 2025. As a delegate you can attend all the conference sessions.
  • Attendance at the delegate networking reception on Thursday 6 February 2025.
  • One physical exhibition stand (six foot area in the exhibition space with a table, chairs and power) for the duration of the event. This provides opportunities for you to interact with delegates in person.
  • Your logo on the event page of the AMOSSHE website, with a link to your organisation’s URL (or your organisation’s page on the AMOSSHE website).
  • We'll promote and engage you as a sponsor of the event on our social media platform (LinkedIn).
  • Your logo with a link to your organisation’s URL (or your organisation’s page on the AMOSSHE website) in the delegate information email sent in advance of event to all attendees.
  • A list of all booked delegates (including their names, job titles, organisations and email addresses) one week in advance of the conference. This list only includes delegates who choose to share their data with you.
  • If you want to, you can have a page on the AMOSSHE website, connected to the event. This provides opportunities for you to feature information about your organisation, including:
    • Your organisation URL and contact details.
    • A description to introduce your organisation.
    • Embedded videos.
    • Links to your social media accounts.
  • Your logo in the event welcome and introduction presentation, plus thanks for your support as an official sponsor in speeches delivered by the AMOSSHE Executive team.
  • Your logo with a link to your organisation’s URL (or your organisation’s page on the AMOSSHE website) in the feedback and resources emails sent to all attendees after the event.

Winter Conference 2025 networking reception sponsor

We have one sponsor space available for the networking reception.

As a sponsor of the Winter Conference, you have the opportunity to further promote your organisation by sponsoring the in-person AMOSSHE Winter Conference 2025 networking reception on the evening of Thursday 6 February 2025 (the evening before the conference begins) in London. This reception usually attracts around 70 delegates.

As the exclusive sponsor of the networking reception, your organisation benefits from the full sponsorship package benefits as detailed above plus:

  • Attendance at the delegate networking reception on Thursday 6 February 2025.
  • A two-minute speech to delegates, presented by you, to introduce the networking event.
  • You’re welcome to display your banners and promotional materials in the networking space.
  • Your logo on the event page of the AMOSSHE website, with a link to your organisation’s URL (or your organisation’s page on the AMOSSHE website).
  • We'll promote and engage you as a sponsor of the event on our social media platform (LinkedIn).
