AMOSSHE offers opportunities to associate your brand with AMOSSHE’s work throughout the year, and engage with our members regularly to give detailed updates about your news (for example new features, research, collaborations, and your sector impact).

Annual partner 2025 sponsorship

£2,800 +VAT

As an annual partner of AMOSSHE for the 2025 calendar year, your organisation benefits from the following:

  • Your own partner page on the AMOSSHE website, on which you can outline the aims and directions of your organisation.
  • Your logo, linked to your AMOSSHE partner page or your organisation website, on the home page of the AMOSSHE website.
  • Your logo, linked to our AMOSSHE partners page or your organisation website, in the weekly AMOSSHE members-only newsletter – AMOSSHE’s main channel of communication with over 900 members.
  • 250-word article in our new bi-monthly partner update email. This email is a dedicated showcase of the work of our partners. This is your opportunity to share links to your news, sector research and articles of interest to over 900 AMOSSHE members and over 1,500 sector contacts. This is published on Tuesday in the last week of every other month, starting in January 2025.
  • Promotion as a partner on AMOSSHE’s LinkedIn platform every other month, promoting your contribution to the bi-monthly partner update. 
  • One exclusive mailout direct to 900+ AMOSSHE members (usual cost £900+VAT). Your email features content you provide, in the framework of an AMOSSHE template that presents your organisation as a valued partner. AMOSSHE sends the email on your behalf to all our members, and this won't be combined with content from other sponsors. You can use this opportunity to tell members about new developments, research, services and events that you think will interest and inspire them.  The timing of the email is negotiable, and we’ll advise you about the best time to engage members, working around other AMOSSHE communications. We’ll send you analytics about the impact of your mailout (for example, open and click rates) one, two, and four weeks after your mailout is sent to AMOSSHE members.

We have one opportunity available per sponsor, with a total of three spaces available.

Engage with Student Services leaders and professionals by working in partnership with us to deliver a free 60-minute webinar. This is an opportunity to contribute to the professional development of our members and their colleagues in the UK and around the world. Show how your organisation understands and connects with the trends, topics and concerns of the sector.

You suggest the topic

We’ll work with you to ensure that the webinar topic appeals to our audiences. This isn’t an opportunity to demonstrate or sell a product or service – instead, show that your organisation is a true partner to the sector by discussing a topic that’s at the heart of Student Services concerns. Your webinar should be based on good, relatable content that’s of interest to as many members as possible. For example, you could lead a discussion about a hot topic, present new research or case studies from your clients, or bring expert insights to the conversation.

You provide the speakers

These might be sector experts who have undertaken research that will help Student Services with their work. Or you might invite your clients working in higher education to talk about their challenges, successes and ideas. AMOSSHE members are especially interested in hearing from their peers about good practice.

You suggest the format

Your webinar might take the form of a presentation with time for questions, a panel discussion to get a range of views on a theme, or a workshop in which attendees collaborate to share ideas. We’ll work with you to ensure that the format works well for our audiences, based on our experience of producing events for AMOSSHE members for over ten years. You can use online tools such as Mentimeter or Slido to conduct polls and quizzes or gather insights from attendees. We’ll work with you to decide the date and time of the webinar.

How we’ll support you

Here’s what we’ll do to support your webinar:

  • Advertise the webinar as part of our professional development events programme, delivered in partnership with you.
  • Publicise the webinar as a free event to encourage as many people as possible to attend. Our previous partner webinars have attracted from 150 to 200 attendees.
  • Use your logo wherever possible to promote the event, for example:
    • Your logo on the event page of the AMOSSHE website, with a link to your organisation’s URL.
    • Your logo with a link to your organisation’s URL in the delegate information email sent in advance of event to all attendees, and in the feedback and resources emails sent to all attendees after the event.
  • Promote and engage you as a partner of the event on our social media platform (LinkedIn).
  • Manage the registrations and communications for the webinar as we do for all our other professional development events. Since this is a free event for attendees, we aim to reach as many people as possible to take part, and there’s no limit on the number of your colleagues who can attend.
  • Provide a list of all booked delegates (including their names, job titles and organisations) one week in advance of the event, plus the email addresses of delegates who choose to share them with you.
  • Host the webinar on Zoom and manage all the logistics, so that you can focus on delivering a great session.
  • Record the webinar and share the recording, along with any presentations, handouts or other resources with all the event attendees.
  • Send a feedback survey to all the attendees to ask for their thoughts about the webinar. We’ll share an anonymised summary of the feedback with you.
  • Share the webinar recording and resources with all AMOSSHE members on our website and through our members newsletter, reaching over 900 Student Services leaders in the UK and around the world.

Webinar dates

We’ll host the webinar as part of our professional development events programme. When you propose a partner webinar you can choose from a list of possible dates between February and June 2025.

Virtual event sponsorship

£600 +VAT

We have four sponsor spaces available per event.

We host a variety of events that could be valuable for you as a sponsor. We expect to attract around 50 to 80 delegates for each event, including Heads and Directors of Student Services, as well as some practitioners in student-facing roles. Here are our upcoming events:

  • On Wednesday 5 March 2025 from 09:00 to 13:00 (GMT) we’re hosting an online professional development event: Understanding pastoral support models: strategies and methods.
  • On Wednesday 2 April 2025 from 09:00 to 13:00 (BST) we’re hosting an online professional development event about student support out of hours.
  • On Thursday 15 May 2025 from 09:00 to 13:00 (BST) we’re hosting an online professional development event about delivering services for students in a challenging financial environment.

If you decide to sponsor one of our events, your package includes the following:

  • One delegate place to attend the full event and take part in online networking.
  • One 30 second video advert played to all delegates once during the event.
  • Your logo on the event page of the AMOSSHE website, with a link to your organisation’s URL (or your organisation’s page on the AMOSSHE website).
  • We'll promote and engage you as a sponsor of the event on our social media platform (LinkedIn).
  • Your logo with a link to your organisation’s URL (or your organisation’s page on the AMOSSHE website) in the:
    • Delegate information email sent in advance of the event to all attendees.
    • Feedback and resources emails sent to all attendees after the event.
  • list of all booked delegates (including their names, job titles, organisations and email addresses) one week in advance of the conference. This list only includes delegates who choose to share their data with you.
  • If you want to, you can have a page on the AMOSSHE website, connected to the event. This provides opportunities for you to feature information about your organisation, including:
    • Your organisation URL and contact details.
    • A description to introduce your organisation.
    • Embedded videos.
    • Links to your social media accounts.
  • Your logo in the event welcome and introduction presentation, plus thanks for your support as an official sponsor in speeches delivered by the AMOSSHE Executive team.

Mailout to AMOSSHE members

Contact over 900 AMOSSHE members directly with an email announcement unique to your organisation.

You can use this opportunity to tell members about new developments, research, services and events that you think will interest and inspire them.
